San Jose Bolt finish for Sept 64 fender aprons

hi all,
I've been pouring over pictures on the web trying to figure out what style bolts were used on the fender apron, but I keep seeing both styles.  Should the bolts have a bright zinc finish or the bare metal phosphate finish? 

My car was completed in September of '64 (so says the door tag)

Looks like  a fairly confusing time for us that follow these details.

Found three different suppliers being used during that period so would suggest that you choose one and use it since you don't know for sure what came on your car. I've included the VINs so you can see which is closest to your VIN - If it were me I would likely go with the SEMS style

Thank you for your response!  I was at a small car show and again, was studying hardware  :).  Only one car had factory unpainted bolts, and they were phosphate and oil.  I like that look, so I'm glad to go with the phosphate finish.
 just about all my hardware is original, with most of the bolt heads having the 'SEMS' stamp.  I have a few with circles and the larger ⅜" with "26" on the head.
I wish when I had started this restoration 20+ years ago (I had a long hiatus), that I would have made more explicit notes on the hardware (digital cameras make restoration SO nice!).  Oh well, at least I'm reconditioning it all and putting it back on the car with ~90% accuracy
