Ok here is some quick pictures since I have these laying around in the shop anyway.  These are the 69 Anco blades.  You can see some of the things mentioned in the previous posts in this thread.

Marcus, do you have any pictures of the markings on the rubber blade refill?

I'll see if I got a OEM rubber refill to take pic of (I hope).

There are several variations on the rubber refills. The original ones on the 52 mile Mach I do not have Pat. Pending, but have some very tiny numbers and logo too small to photograph. The picture shows the typical Pat pending refill. I believe the ones Marcus has are like the ones on the Mach.

So I guess I am still confused on this one.  Did Anco actually intend the rubber refills to be used to service these OE units?  With the tabs on the ends it seems it wasnt intended to change them out.  Are the refills just Anco refills from that period?

I bought these Anco wiper blades several years ago but cant remember right now where I got them.  But as far as I understand they are the real deal assembly line units.

they may have been assembled from a 15'' anco assembly & center changed over to later style 16'' longer assembly as the 2 ends are the same but center determines the length.  Th e  16'' anco assembly line center doesn't say 16 with a line under it & the dimple by center holderclip is square where as older assembly line is rectangular from what I seen that's if you want to be 100% correct but yours will work fine.

Marcus, The Ford part number for 16" Anco refill is C3OZ-17593-D. The Ford part Number for the Trico refill is C6AZ-17593-B. I believe the ANCO service refills in Anco non Ford box's have instructions in box to bend end tab to install if OEM style rather than Anco non OEM red push button style blade assy.

I worked in a gas station in 73.  If I remember correctly, all american cars and some foreign cars used the Trico or Anco refills which we're fitted to size, 15, 16, 19, and so forth.  The refills we're not fitted to manufacturer.  I'll bet Trico and Anco supplied blades to to Ford, GM and Chrysler. I could be wrong though, it's been a long time.

Interesting information here.  I will have to check what refills I have extra when I get back to Arizona.

Good morning all, does anyone have the part number for the part that holds the 16" blade (anco)? Mine has 1 anco and 1 trico.
