What you've posted is the Ford replacement part ordering number.  The original factory line part will not have this type of number anywhere.  The original would be something like C4ZE 8005 Y2.  Hopefully others will know the exact number as I don't have it committed to memory  :)

Your '66 most likely had a C6ZE number, which is why it's best to wait for more input.

5BC would be the date code, 5-1965  B=February C=3rd week.  These numbers should be on the side support for a Dearborn/Metuchen car and embossed on the top tank for San Jose.  The Dearborn/Metuchen will also have 'DEP' stamped before the number and San Jose with 'W-MO'.  There are differences between 65 and 66 radiators, so those details will need to be determined based on your cars' production date.

......... Y2 designated the supplier for San Jose style radiators.

Believe you meant to write that Y2 designated the application - the supplier was identified by the W-MO (Western Modine)

The suffix would typically indicate a change in the engineering design, but will reserve opinion until we see a Y1 on a San Jose radiator.

Yes, Metuchen and Dearborn would be a DEP C4ZE-8005 Y1 with part # on side strap/rail and the squared strap ends on top lid. Y2 designated the supplier for San Jose style radiators.

ok in other word I need to search on DEP c6ze-8005 Y1 part number to ''match'' my car?

I believe the supplier designs were identified by the number at the end of the part # on these radiators, since C4ZE-8005-Y1 and C4ZE-8005-Y2 were being used at the same time.

Got a picture of a Western Modine Y1, G1 or  M1 ?   Can't seem to find any records, documentation or pictures of them or any other with a number 1

In any case this part of the discussion does not apply to the OP'ers original focus and request ;)
