is a 70 boss 302 harmonic balancer crankshaft bolt and washer specific to a boss or same as a standard 302 or 289 hi po.

All I can report is that Ford serviced the bolt and washers. According to those books they serviced the bolt and washer with the same pieces as the regular 302 Washers for the 289 Hipo were serviced with a different thicker washer than the Boss 302, standard 289 and 302

 Thanks Jeff, i removed my B2 balancer and the washer was concaved not looking very good so i am looking at using a thicker k code washer i have instead , i cant see where it would hurt,  chuck.

Don't see a down side - the fraction of an inch less of threads engaging from the bolt to the balancer shouldn't be an issue
