....... I dont remember Jeff if you are keeping track of this somewhere here on the forum. This one below, plus one stamped RIM and one stamped DFLLY. Both are from the end of 1968 time frame around November December.
Been tracking and collecting these details for 30 plus years. We've been lucky enough to meat s some of the inspectors or other workers who knew some of them.
As always plant and when the car were built is key - or just a vin (thanks for providing those)

June 2 1969 San Jose Q code has the "HENRY" stamp on the underside of the trunk lid.
Might want to start a new thread - if you want to collect 69 or 70 inspector details. I've got about 800 from all years and plant so doubt I can post all of those in a thread
As long as your collecting you might as well collect color of car and color of stamp if your looking for San Jose examples - other two plants it doesn't matter
