Topic: Fan Spacer for a 1967 Mustang 390 GTA Fastback non AC

I bought a parts book and now i cant figure out how to read the numbers.

I'm trying to figure out the Fan Spacer size or part number for a 1967 Mustang 390 GTA Fastback non AC.

Don't look like your car used a spacer but instead a fan clutch do that connection would have been part or the stem the clutch assy.


For that application would need to know when the car was built

Thanks for your info, the car was built Dec 26, 1966. I just bought a C7AE-C fan clutch. I believe you were telling me in an earlier post that it's the clutch that should belong to my car.

Using an early 1968 MPC it shows that 67 390 built before Feb 27 67, came/used a clutch with the identification of C7ZE-A. This was also used on 289s according to the same resource





Buildsheets from a Jan 67 example  shows the fan being a C6OE-F
