Can someone  confirm the color of the metal, textured portion (opposite side of carpeted side) of the fold down seat assemby for a black interior car. Is it a black color or a charcoal similar to the dash color?

for the flat carpeted secton behind the fold down, is the underside metal black or charcoal.

When comparing the color to other panels I've found them to look like the Charcoal while things like the hinges (the ones that attach to the floor brackets) to be semi-gloss black

Guess it makes sense in that if the L shaped fold down section needs to be Charcoal to match the interior then the plant making and painting them would find it easier just to paint all the panels the same color

just in the middle of redoing my fold down seat pieces-  70 gt500  -charcoal black certainly looks correct- i primed a few areas with regular black but it didn't match at all with the orig paint.   npd sells the charcoal black sem product- works great
