The reason that I was asking, that the photo could also have been a 1970 Cougar...........

Did any of the Cougars (guess it needs to be a 70 since that is what we're discussing) have a manual choke?   That is what lead me to the Boss and the "this might lead to some confusion" about comparing different models and such

There were Boss 302 Cougar Eliminators plus 428CJ's had manual chokes too in 1970

Wow - can't believe I missed that.  :-[  Very embarrassing - off my game tonight - Thanks Scott  for the response :)

Think the reinforced shock towers is something many people miss on Cougars - sure you guys sell allot of them to Mustang owners
