Can someone tell me if the bracket that holds the rear trunk hinge rods under package tray has a phillips screw or bolt? Also is bracket painted?

Guess your asking about this clip and attaching hardware  Just to support the discussion since I've got no idea nor coupe at home to check ;)

I don't think that all of the early Mustangs had that clip.

Had to as this holds the middle of the rods to the body so they don't fly out?Forgot to mention car is a Dearborn car and don't remember if the bracket had a screw or bolt?

Is this car a coupe or convertible?

I have two coupe parts cars that I looked at today. The clip is held on with Phillips screws and the brackets appear to be unpainted.
