New Original Pictures Posted This Weekend - 65-66 Production

We got lucky again and found some more original assembly line pictures. This time its a couple from what appears to be late 65 Dearborn  and late 65 Cleveland Engine Plant (small blocks) shipping room. we're excited about making these available to our members here so hope you enjoy the access and the related discussions. As usual you will find them in the The Assembly Line - Discussions related to assembly line practices and observations - Members Only Section of this web site.

Will post the group throughout the weekend - 2 of the 3 are up!!


As a reminder from time to time we get and opportunity to purchase original pictures of production from various sources. When we deem that the pictures may have value to the membership we take the opportunity to grab them for the site. Just posted the last of three factory production pictures for this week. Going to post the full picture then follow with all the smaller area blow ups. Lots and lots of things to discuss in this one. IF there is any down side its IMHO that there seems to be more 65-66 pictures found than the later years.  But we'll keep searching.

This one is of a lading area of the Cleveland engine plant showing about 80 freshly built small blocks waiting to be loaded on rail cars. It appears that its from late 65 production maybe June-Aug 65. It's posted in the Sub-Assembly Plants section of the members only area


Hope you enjoy them. This one really peaked my interest ;)
