Topic: Front Interior Kick Panels

I had been under the impression that within the context of cars with Std black interiors, the front kick panels were one of the few interior plastic pieces that were NOT painted charcoal black metallic... rather, they were just plain molded black. Staring at a couple stes of "spare" panels I just acquired, I'm no longer certain my understanding is correct.

So, are the kick panels supposed to be painted charcoal black metallic for '67?

OK, thanks guys. However, is the molded-in-color for '67 interior kick panels supposed to be a satin black or the charcoal black metallic?

I think he answered. Molded in black plastic so neither charcoal metallic or semi gloss, just black molded plastic

I have a few sets of NOS ones here....As stated they are just black molded plastic......Cory
