Wanted: under dash wire harness hanger @ cowl vent

There's a metal hanger, (coated in rubber) that attaches to one of the driver's side cowl vent bolts and is supposed to hold (I think) part of the wire harness and/or heater control cables. I've seen two kinds of these brackets, one which is open-ended and a 2nd which makes a complete loop, with both ends held at the vent bolt. If anyone has the open-ended hanger, please contact me as I am looking for this part. Thanks!

I have a open one. The closed one is for a speedo cable with a manual transmission.

To be clear, here's a picture of my car many years ago during disassembly. The clip/hanger I am looking for is the one circled in red. Sadly, I cannot find my original hanger. :-( If you have one of these, please consider contacting me. Thanks.
