I'm now looking for sources to buy either a complete differential assembly or the parts to put one together.

Does anybody have any recommendations?

I have a November 5, 1964 built 1965 Mustang with a 289 V8 and 4-speed toploader. It originally came with an 8" 3.00:1 locking differential. I want to go back to a completely original set-up.

I don't have the tag, but I think that it would be WDJ-G or WDJ-C. And I need a correct tag too.

Thanks.

Give justrearends.com a try. Otherwise, eBay, Craigslist, Hemmings Motor News, any Classic Car Yards around the country, etc., may be able to help.
