Without the tube and without the knockout for the tube, which I understand are
C2OE-6059-D With oil filler tube
C3OE-6059-B  Knockout for oil filler tube
C4AE-6059-B  Knockout for oil filler tube 

Looking for C40E-6059-A - no tube or provision for one.  For aluminum water pump. Two ribs on top.

I have a front cover dated August 64, i.e. 64 with 8 dots. Took it off my 65 Shelby
in April this year when I put on a correctly dated (April 65) front cover and water pump, also dated April 65. This August 64 dated cover has come a long way. I took it off a HiPo engine in Sweden when the HiPo went in to my 67 with a correct cover and cast iron water pump.

All,
I made a mistake.  I had two covers....one date coded Sept of 64 and one April of 65.  In double checking it appears that I mistakenly gave a friend of mine the 64 and kept the 65.   Sorry about the mistake on my part.
