Heater Control Plastic "Slider"

Does anyone know of a source for replacement plastic "slides" as shown in the photo below? I think the slides would move better if the plastic clips/slides were new and fit tightly. Then again, they probably were loose since the day they were new.

Normally most of the resistance is in the cables. Thoroughly clean and lubricate them and things should move with ease.
