Replacement insulation pad behind back interior panels?
« on: November 26, 2013, 04:40:26 PM »
Does anyone know what is a good replacement pad for the insulation pad used behind the back interior panels for a coupe?? The old ones in my 64 1/2 were found under the rear seat, (thanks to a family of mice!). Type, thickness, and place of purchase would be great. I also really do not know what the name of this material is?? Batting???

Isn't this the yellow fiberglass stuff?

If so I've used water heater blanket with the outer liner removed (as well as above the headliner) in the past

Available at any hardware store around here - might have to look to find a color match - normally comes in yellow or pink ;)
