PPG DP-74LF is IMHO a good start fot the red oxide color on the main body

"Satin Black"  - are you asking about interior or engine compartment black?

Both Jeff...Interior and the engine bay. The interior is  a black lacquer right and the engine bay would be the black satin.

Not for the engine compartment black. Given the differences in what is legal or illegal to spray in different areas no telling what you could buy. Most painters have their own "mix" that they find works for them given the equipment and local conditions. I used a factory pack or Hot rod black a catalyzed paint for my last project.

As for the interior charcoal metallic its shown in the paint sheets located in the site library. Ditlzer #32586 but remember that is a 40 plus year old paint coat and you'll get best results by undercoating the surface lightly with some black first as mentioned in all the threads on the site.  Remember the final finish is an egg shell not gloss. And don't loose the grain by applying too much paint

Also if your painting a 69-70 there are about a half dozen items that is shot is a duller version of the dark charcoal as shown in the 70 paint section in the library
