Parking brake

I'm looking to restore these parts for the parking brake including the crossmember. What was the factory finish for these parts? There off a San Jose 65 fastback. Thank you.

The cable assy is natural, the lever would be zinc plated and the trans. mount semi-gloss black for a SJ car.  The trans. mount was typically dipped in paint, not sprayed.
