I decided to use new brake lines instead of refinishing my old ones. I found out that the front lines are very diffrent. My original ones were routed under the bracket on the frame rail before looping back to the bracket. The new ones are bent to route over the top of the bracket. ................ Makes me think that the routing may have varied at some point in 67.
This is what worries me about getting some reproduction lines that I know will not be correct and bent in a generic fashion.
You are personally experiencing the difference between early and late model 67 Mustangs! There were quite a few running changes in 67 and the brake lines were one of them. I wound up buying 4 different line sets to find the closest match for a driver resto that I recently completed.Regards,Pete Morgan

Hi sparky65,If the repop is not stainless, can't the last part with the horseshoe be TWISTED 180deg? It looks like to me this would get you where you need to go.Bryan
