If a good original cannot be found another option is getting one etched for your build date. I have used PS Auto Glass for both of my windshields and had both etched. They are nearby my hometown in WI so I benefit from being able to pick it up versus shipping whenever back visiting family. On my 72 he had already etched my dates in it and realized there was a flaw in the glass. He showed me the flaw and had another one ready a few days later. I have had a good expereinces with them.
