Screws at firewall pedal support and MC
« on: June 12, 2013, 01:22:59 PM »
Hello!
On my '65 SJ Fastback, I have a small hole to either side of the MC for the pedal support at the firewall. What size sheet metal screw length and type do I need? Also, do the exposed threads get a cover or caulking to prevent future cuts and scrapes?
Thank you!

The two screws are 14-10X5/8 hex head, flanged, phosphated, and ultimately sprayed with sealer at the time the master cylinder area is sprayed. I've not been cut and left bleeding by those two particular screw (yet).
PM sent.
