Would a 65 dearborn car have seam sealer around the seat belt anchors? What about the bottom of the trunk drop offs?

When in 65 (or 64) was the car built??  Way too big of a time period to consider all of that years vehicles and practices IMHO- In fact why don't we start a new thread so others looking for 65 Dearborn info can find it later
