Lube for Wiper Arm Assembly
« on: February 20, 2013, 08:11:06 PM »
1965 SJ Fastback What do you use to lube the wiper arm assembly? More importantly how do you get it in there? Previously tried white lithium spray, but from last summer it has since dried out. Thanks!

I've found that Castrol Light Brown bearing grease looks/acts a lot like original Ford grease.   Years ago, I used to use lithium grease, and ran into the same problems as you - The grease would dry up but no more.  The Castrol Light Brown bearing grease in a small tub is the way to go.  Works great for Window rollers too!!  It sure beats the white stuff, and looks authentic!
