Yeah, I'm shocked that no one has put together a repro rebuild kit for the original Diaphragm 1966 Pumps..  It's much needed among 1966 6cyl owners!

Has anyone tried the later big block/ Boss 302 style fuel pump rebuild kits? Looks like they should work they might work but can't be sure - worth a try

Yes, Those look very,very similar... I think that the inner spring assembly is a different diameter though..  Allan from AMK used to reproduce or carry them years ago...  I'd have to take $40-$50 risk and bite the bullet and see if it might work..

Well purchased the car in May of 2009 for a restoration project(probably should have been scrapped). Now almost 4 years later and a few $ I took it for a spin today. A few minor details to finish.

PS Thanks to everyone on this site for the help they gave me on this restoration, either in parts or information, especially Jeff Speegle with the info he had on original 6 cylinder cars. It was pretty hard to come by otherwise. This site is awesome.
