I have my suspension completely apart and unfortunately, I left the spindles at my shop. I do have the upper and lower arms here at the house if pictures of those will help. I am also attaching a picture of my springs that have pink markings on them. A little background, when i bought this car, it was not driveable so I put it on a trailer and brought it home. The first thing I noticed when pushing it in the driveway was that the right tire would "drag" at times when rolling. I have been suspicious of the front end since then. I started this thread because I wanted to make sure nothing was bent and thought it would be easiest to just buy a new set of spindles. Now it seems I may be getting to the bottom of why the tire would "drag" at times.

I think maybe whats happened is that someone has put on a set of spindles/brake assys from a 67 6 cyl
and they may have even used the 67 steering linkage as well. The 67 spindles have a different geometry
than the 66 and the steering linkage is also longer on the 67 than the 66 is, that can certainly give you
the problem of a tire dragging or scuffing from the incorrect alignment, actually had the same problem with
mine when I first got it.
If you could take pictures of your steering linkage to see what you have that would help.
If you want to leave me a pm I can leave you my e-mail to send the pics and I can send you pics of the correct parts.
