Have you checked Virgina Mustang's or NPD's online catalogs to see if they are being reproduced??  IF they are being reproduced one of those two will show them in their catalog

As for NOS - not sure if they would look like the originals. Should not be a difficult part to find used - just would require a little clean up on your part

They're brass, I believe (Looks like brass to me)

Most likely hard copper, and not plated.

They are correct for All 69-70 cars, Except Radio Delete. All Cars with Radio should have one. It mounts at the Far RH Front Edge of the Cowl Grille Panel.

Is that a trick question Bob? Cuz I know you know, LOL. From what I am aware of, Yes, Even the Shelby with Fiberglass hood used them. Please let me know if I am wrong on that.

Also Brian, I typically find them mounted farther to the RH side than that, but that is not a definite. If you are recreating how it was mounted on your car before restoration then I would have to say that there could always be an exception, I'm just going off memory, I can't say for certain that every one I have removed was farther right.

The idea of the strap was to reduce static in the radio with an electrical connection from the body to the hood. If the strap went to some part of the fiberglass hood that was metal, sure - otherwise the strap would do nothing.
The lack of a strap with a radio delete answers the question of why my 1969 San Jose Sportsroof didn't have one. After three previous new Fords, the first factory installed radio I had was in a 1973 Torino. I was getting tired (and lazy) installing aftermarket types.
