66 Door window repairs
« on: February 15, 2012, 08:59:03 PM »
Hi All,

Got the hard stuff out of the way changing the regulator, maintenance on the scissors and replacing the channel felt etc.

But two things have me stumped, how do you get the retched bump stop back on in the bottom of the door and how can you adjust the window so it sits higher in the front.

Cheers

I like to put the bump stops in boiling water for about 10 minutes.  Softens up the rubber so they can be installed easily.
