70 rear spoiler stud protective caps?
« on: January 30, 2012, 01:14:28 AM »
I understand they're different from the caps used on the rear side marker lamp studs.
A rubber vacuum cap perhaps?
I'm hoping to find a source for originals, or replacements identical in side by side comparison to originals thanks.

I do know exactly what those rubber vacuum caps look like as far as the way they're molded.
I just have to find the correct length to cover the stud all the way to the flange nut.
There are a number of different lengths for any given id, so the pic helps alot thanks.
There are 4 NOS in the box on eBay that look promising, but the seller doesn't reply with what tube size they're for,
so good luck with that sale!

Checkout AMK kits for the black rubber caps. If not mistaken the caps I use are in a twelve piece kit number F-1434 with a list price of $6.00.
