I can manipulate the size the pdf files are presented in when added to a post. It's set to 800x600 at the moment. That probably is best so users running 1024x768 have some screen left :-)


You can add a pdf to a post by clicking the pdf icon in the edit post box (right above the smilies)


Or you can simply type

[pdf]url to your pdf[/pdf]

Now with video embedding!


Just paste the url and the board does the rest.

Click the rocker switch in the upper right corner of the header. You have the news/user info area upshrunk.

Same problem with the embedded PDF file as in StangFix: the scrolling mouse dies unless you tab to another window and come back again.  Just now, I hit reply and could not enter text without tabbing out and back in.

What browser? Don't have that issue on my end. What version of adobe reader are you running?

I'm using FireFox 3.6.13, default PDF reader is Acrobat Standard 8.0.0, and I also have Reader 9.4.6.  What appears on the screen more closely resembles Reader than my Standard.
