Where to buy Posidriv Screws
« on: March 25, 2025, 12:32:40 AM »
To get my door striker to engage the door latch at the correct depth, we needed to add a shim to the back of the striker. Now, my standard 5/16-18 x 3/4" Posidriv screws are a little too short to thread in properly. My question is; is there anyplace to buy some 1" Posidriv screws? I have tried MSC as well as Grainger. While they both carry Posidriv, their inventory contains only metric threads. I can't find anywhere that sells them in Imperial sizes.

I think a longer posi drive screw of that size was used in the seat back lock block. Just a thought.
