WTB: Distributor Vacuum Control Valve

Wanted: Used Distributor Vacuum Control Valve, Ford Part Number C8AZ 12A091-A (type 2 design)
Marked C8AE-A FoMoCo
Need a unit date stamped that would be valid for 1968 July built motor.
Typically screwed in the thermostat housing.
(see attached MPB to help describe applications)
