Haven't had to install any of the 70 version (one ear or wing rather than two used in the earlier years). Challenge is typically for me to hold the clip with cable to the body while trying to spread the clip in the hole to secure everything. With the others I'll use, or have someone else, hold the clip tight to the car. Often using a tool like a flat screw driver with the tip wrapped with electrical tape to protect the finishes, while I move the ears/wings. Often I would double check these by again holding the tight to the body while I insert a flat thin screw driver between the wings and to try and provide a little more spread between them deep inside by prying or twisting slightly and not getting carried away.
