Hello again folks, I knew from my research that this was going to be a tough one but did not expect crickets for 3 weeks.  I see over 330 reads but no additional information.  Let me give everyone what I found before I made the original post.
First where I researched:
?   Osborn assembly manual
?   Several websites/forums/parts vendors including this Forum, SAAC, MCA, Anghelrestorations, NPD, CJ Pony Parts etc.
?   More than a decade of back issues of Mustang Monthly including Bob Perkin?s RestoRoundup articles.
?   MCA Judging Rules
?   Unrestored pictures, 70 Mustang & Boss, from this website
?   AMK?s website
?   The Mustang hardware spreadsheet from this website
?   Ford Service Manual
?   Ford Master parts manual
Following is what I found:
Upper operating rod:  I could find no information on this original part for 1970, did find some information on older cars.  Repo appears to be clear Zinc
Equalizer bar:  Plain for older cars but my research indicates it could be clear Cad or clear Zinc for 1970.
Lower Operating rod:  No information on originals, Repo parts appear to be clear Zinc.
Lower Operating rod pivot:  I could find no information on this part.  Repo is included with lower rod and appears to be clear Zinc.
Lower Operating rod adjusting nuts:  No information on originals.  They are not listed in the Assembly Manuals or the hardware spreadsheet. Repo is included with lower rod and appear to be clear Zinc
Z-bar pivot bracket frame side:  Older cars plain, NOS appear to be clear zinc.  I found some information indicating that these may be clear zinc starting in 1970.
Z-Bar pivot engine block side:  Older cars plain, was not able to find any information on 1970.

Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
