65/66 Mustang heater control cables cover crimp clamp style
« on: October 06, 2024, 07:21:41 PM »
I am posting to get some feedback on if anyone has seen the round band clamp that is crimped in place to hold the rubber cover on to the armored covering that the adjusting wire goes through. The one in question is the one seen used on some repros which is on top in picture compared to the more common one seen on the bottom. I have only ever seen the one on the bottom but of course I haven't seen them all so maybe I have missed some. Has anyone seen the wider style which is the top one in the picture before in a original context regardless of assembly plant .   What say you?

+1  Wider ones look odd and haven't found those before
