Not very popular that year with all the different interior color that were new for 1970. Found two examples

Both from the 0T135xxx-0T139xxx period

Not sure the detail your chasing but hope these help

Do have BW and BWA examples for related/shared details

Are the panels adjacent to the trap door black (charcoal) on both a fold down seat car and a non fds car?

If I understand which panels your referring to the panel above and to both sides are not used/installed when the non fold down was chosen. No need for the curved corner/sides, the trap door was not installed and the panel above would have interfered with the package tray

More examples from when the question was asked before

Yes asking about both the blue and red arrows in your photo

Just concerned about what color those panels would be?

Im guessing that picture is the answer

Yes for a fold down white interior they are dark charcoal metallic

For non fold down, as mentioned, those panels were not used
