Are you entering your car in Thoroughbred class or which? I am curious because there are alternatives that are just as acceptable with no points deducted . That is if in every other concours class EXCEPT Thoroughbred class. For those reading Thoroughbred class does not allow reproduction of any kind  meaning assemblyline original tires ,battery, belts etc. Every part that has a date code must be date coded to car build.

Here is one from a reputable vendor on Ebay now. https://www.ebay.com/itm/235520126254  . There are other concours alternatives.

Not thoroughbred, but trying to get it to a very high level for judging.

Then it is up to you. I posted a link to a C7ZA-B Idler that is for sale by a very honorable vendor. His price is the typical market price for a assemblyline one . They are very rare now because they were commonly replaced. It was the weakest link in the steering system. There are some that have the same exact look but not the numbers .Those were service replacements back in the day by the OEM mfg. Unfortunately the part has evolved over the years in the after market to one that doesn't look anything like assemblyline with the exception of just the basic shape. The the service replacements with the exact look minus the numbers are very hard to find now too. They typically sell in the 250.00 -350.00 range. Ether one would be no points deducted in trailered concours.
