First: Congratulations on using a Ford hardware part number in your post. It seem that many Forum member are afraid to do that. Now for the good news. The clip nut you need is the one on the right in your picture. It is available from AMK as Ford hardware part number 381863-S32 (note finish, -S32, black or olive drab enamel), AMK stock number B-12248 (6ea for $4).This is documented in this Forums' library under "Mustang Hardware Spreadsheet 67-68". Jim
The AMK guide to fasteners has a comprehensive listing of the Ford fastener numbers that refer back to the categories in the guide.
That's one book I don't have, yet.
NPD - AMK Guide is listed under their stock number L-41, $32.86. It's the third edition.Jim
Or AMK for $32 even and that way I can order those other few bits I need. I always seem to end up not needing $30 worth of fasteners to meet their minimum. I wish they wouldn't do that and just fill all orders regardless of the size. I know time is money but a sale is a sale. I'm done venting.
