Tac wiring
« on: October 29, 2009, 06:51:05 PM »
I'm in process of installing the original tac in the 66 shelby I am restoring. It was not hooked up when I disassembled the car so I am trying to find out the proper routing of the wire that is run to the neg side of the coil. Hope somebody has some info on this.

The wire red wire to the coil was on the 65 Shelby tach . The 66 Shelby tach is routed to the factory location in the wiring harness. The repro 66 Shelby tach uses the coil location also.

No fax on this end. Maybe email me (PM for the address) and I can send it as an attachment.  Have you tried to save the picture I posted to your hard drive then open it with a viewer to increase the size?

Just a thought
