1967 Rocker molding with factory hole?

Is this a factory version or later service replacement?

I have never seen any with a screw that were OEM.

on the reverse side is a cork washer as well.

Cork gasket would be another piece of evidence that would suggest that its not factory

Looks like a repair or fix by someone after it left the factory and not one suggested by Ford or included in a TSB that I recall.

I have seen a fair number of cars with extra holes and screws used when the factory clips rust or fail and the owner could not find or didn't want to make the effort so just used a screw. To them it was more important to get it fixed than worry about what was factory
