Ok thanks. I know that there are a few of these style that clip to the chassis as as well. I  couldn't find it in the AMK catalog.

The Ford hardware part number is 358381-32, and "-S32" finish is olive drab enamel. The only use is for 1968 Mustangs (other Fords ?) as shown in the "1968 Mustang Chassis Assembly Manual", AM023 pg 65, and the only measurement reference I've found is in the "Ford Standard and Utility Parts Catalog - January 1965" AM0202, pg32.

Those are wiring clips, see them holding up the fuel sender wire.

Thanks Charles. Even though I thought I took lots of photos of the tear down, I didnt take enough photos and didn't get enough detail. Note to self for the next project!~

This clips is Ford hardware part number 372047-S100, shown current AMK catalogs, documented in "Ford Standard and Utility Parts Catalog, January 1965" pg35. It is sold as a -S99 or -S32, but it should have the rubber on the "loop end". It is similar to 372047-S100 and 352357-S32. The similarity in this case is a Ford practice to create a different part number for different suppliers for the same or similar items (eg, the supplier was listed on the drawing saving a sheet of paper in purchasing).
A question: Why is everybody afraid of posting a Ford part number?

This is from 8R01C1673xx owned at the time of the picture by a member that went by Dudley here. He hasn't been active since he sold it to another member.  Yes great example and so well maintained one for a late 68 San Jose built car

I was actually going to start a thread, or could continue the thread on this car, and add photos that people request since I plan on selling the car later this year.  Would like to document and get as many photos as possible before it leaves so I have no regrets of "should have" or "could have" taken pictures of some details.

Such remarkable photos. I am very fortunate indeed to have such a great reference source for my car. While it is a coupe and not an identical model, there are so many great photos of such a well preserved car, which is invaluable. Not to change the subject, but since we are referring to this car, is the upper trunk latch cad plated?
