Are you wanting the engineering number that is made into the assemblyline rubber mount or the replacement part number that is in the books?  ;). They are two different numbers that do not match each other plus the part number in the book may represent a replacement part that will work fine but may look different then assemblyline.

Bob,
I?m looking for the replacement part number and also the engineering number stamped on the insulator.  Hope I?m stating this correct.  I?ve done some research that says 1969/70 CJ Convertibles requires a specific insulator.
Thanks

Did you look in this Forum's library? There are links to "Ford Car Parts" (aka MPC, 1975 edition) that should give you the information you need.

Yes originally the mounts for convertibles were different for many of the years. The MPCs will only provide the part number not the engineering number.. At least the last version of the MPC that Jim aimed you to has the same part number as they had in 1969-1970 when the cars were built. That is not always the case when comparing different printings of the manuals
