I have used wrinkle paint for decades.  Maybe this brand is different, but it wrinkles better and produces a "finer" texture wrinkle if heated.  Just a heat lamp will do the trick.

A heat gun works well too, although baking in the oven will probably give the most consistent appearance.

After several e-mails with LVP tech support this morning, I managed to get a .pdf copy of their white winkle paint spec sheet (see attached). Normal air dry time is 10 minutes, handling is 1 to 2 hours. "Forced" drying time is 20 to 30 minutes at a maximum of 180F. It seems that an advancement in wrinkle paint technology is here.

It does IMHO though need to plan on doing it on a nice spring or fall day so you can open all the windows to vent the house before the wife gets home

To "survive", just tell the wife the part getting cooked is require for her own "blue" car and the oven will be used for only a half hour. You will survive.

I found out several decades ago not to use the kitchen oven. I made the same mistake as others . I got a second hand give a way stove/ oven to use in my shop for the wrinkle baking or stove top phosphate cooking problem solved.
