I might have already asked this question, though I don?t see it here, are there supposed to be separate flat washers under the RampLock bolts or not? I currently have the Ramplocks only.

Yes there is supposed to be separate flat washers under the RampLock bolts on the 67 hipo exhaust.

It's 353992-S2 available from AMK as a pack of 16. It is documented in this forums library under "Mustang Hardware Spreadsheet 67-68" in file "MHW67-68AP06.xlsx" sorted by application.
