Topic: Replacement Fuel Lines

Trying to put a parts list together for a new to me 1967 Mustang C Code convertible that's been sitting in a garage since 1994. Pretty sure I'm going to need to replace the fuel lines and tank. I'm trying to figure out what fuel lines to purchase. I see several different kits available from Classic tube. Are these acceptable for concours and I could use a direction on which one to go with. Which kit for the car.

Try NPD. There are two types of fuel lines for 67, a single piece from the tank to the front and a two piece. Your build date (I'm glad you included it) indicates the one piece type is required. NPD 9369-24A, $65.00. Consider the section from the pump to the carburetor as well - 9369-2, $19.00. Get your fuel pump rebuilt by Fred Ballard (a member of the forum) fredsclassics@hotmail.com
As to a gas tank, a new one runs in the $550 range. Maybe you can steam clean yours.

Thanks, Jim. Appreciate the help. The build date in my signature is for a different S code car that I have, but this car was build 9 days after at the same plant so I'm guessing they are the same. Thanks again.

You have that reversed.Early cars used the single line up the tunnel. The later cars as a 7/67 or there about built car would be considered had a two piece line where the forward separate line went through the torque box.  67 Mustangs were 5/16 fuel line.

Ooops. It is a two piece, NPD 9369-25A, $60.00. Same stock number for the fuel pump to carburetor line. Remember to get the three hoses and six clamps kit. And get a set of the 67 Mustang Assembly Manuals, although the two piece line is not documented in them, nor well documented in Ford Car Parts (aka MPC).

Right on. Good call on the assembly manuals. I have some of the 65-66 weld and sealant manuals etc but no 67's. The Osbourne ones right?
