The sails, trim strips, dash, column, lower interior quarter fiberglass panels, trap door, interior door shells are all the same color correct?
Yes with two notes; (1) due to the varied locations where components were made, originally there was not an exact match, but they were all close. Due to the price of paint (material and labor) it is not practical to worry about this too much, IMO. But then again not too many people think that anything Concours is practical... (2) the trap door would be the same color on both sides.
Are there any colors I am missing inside?
(1) You did not list the components that were dark - fiberglass seat parts, door panels, carpet, dashpad, dashpad to windshield moldings. Also I found that (2) the headliner and upper console were clearly lighter than the rest of the light aqua components. My console was ok as-is, but I needed a new headliner unfortunately, and I got dye matched to the original. It's almost like on an old wrap-around front porch where the ceiling is painted sky blue.
Are the a-pillars (facing the interior) supposed to be painted exterior body color underneath the pads?
That is my observation. Don't forget the blackout on the top of the dash where the defrost vents are.
Other random thought - the door inner paint mask did not follow the weatherstrip. There are lots of sample pictures around here to show you what that should look like.
