As requested in the Under Dash Picture Dump - 68 SJ thread here are some pictures of under, behind and "above" the dash area on 69 Mustangs & Shelby's. Easy to see that many are of unrestored cars and not really taken to show all the details we would like but not much room behind or below to get pictures of some difficult areas. There are a few pictures of examples taken during a restoration that I thought might help also so in this rare case, for me, I included them
Will do these in group sin a few individual posts not that I think it will make allot of difference in the long run. I was surprised that I could find this many so hope one or more provide a detail your looking for
Let's start with firewalls and the basics. Remember pictures include both AC and non-AC examples plus there are cars with and without tilts represented also

UD-1 Just a pretty bare firewall and dash area
UD-2 One that was stripped and primered with a couple of parts attached in their place
UD-3 Interesting find on a 69 Dearborn car like what can be found on 67 and 68's some edge protection was installed behind the gauge cluster area. Have not found this at other plants or cars as well in other pictures I have or are posted here. Including it to see if this is a one off or others have found the same. If so we would be interested in when and where the car was built of course
