Since the tubes do not have engineering numbers on them unless you find a NOS one with the paper sticker on it I don't think the part number is going to help much
Looks like in the ad they posted the number from the dipstick not the tube. For your application the same dipstick was used on 6 and 8 cylinder automatics and the part number is shown as C6OZ-7A020-A
For the tube C6OZ-7A228-A Approx 19.25 long and like all the rest 7/8" in dia. Same length and size as a V8 but different part and shape
Here is the only picture I have of an example out of the car with tube from the same application. Appears that the tube is not fully seated/installed since the arm is slightly forward of where it would be once everything was together
