1973 Floor Mat Option
« on: August 24, 2021, 09:57:14 PM »
I have a 1973 convertible that was built on 6/22/73. I bought this car from the original owner in the early 80's. I'm pretty sure when I bought the car it had blue floor mats with white racing stripes in them. The car is blue glow with a blue interior. Would the correct original mats be the traditional pony mats or was there a change in the mat design by late 1973. I just got the Marti report and it list floor mats on the options list. I always assumed floor mats were a dealer accessory and not a factory option.

Your vehicle was equipped with the following features:
- Black Power Top w/Glass Backlite
- E70X14 Belted White Sidewall Tires
- Power Steering
- Floor Mats
- AM Radio
- Wheel Covers
