Original ignition and trunk keys
« on: August 06, 2021, 07:20:20 PM »
Does anybody know if the original ignition and trunk keys came with a round hole in the top or an oval hole in the top for a 1968 Mustang? I know one side will show the Ford logo on top of a grooved background and the other side will say "Family of Fine Cars" on top of a grooved background. Both types (round hole and oval hole) are available as key blanks but which is correct?

The oval hole key blanks are much later, perhaps late 1970's - 1980's.
