Another alternative is that after blasting you liberally coat them with Eagle 1 chrome wheel cleaner. Let the foam sit on the part for a couple minutes. The mild acid in the foam will change the appearance to some what closer to the appearance of fresh cast iron. After washing off dry with a towel dry .If you blow dry it will flash rust. I take a torch and heat up the metal to get the moisture out. After it cools I will coat with your go to rust inhibitor (T9 in my case). Not meant to be the ultimate answer but a quick and relatively easy process to get a closer look to original compared to out of the cabinet bead blasted.
